Make sure the following are in CMYK:

Photos and artwork (converted from rgb)
Any text colour, stroke, border, anything that uses a SWATCH
Anything else I forgot that has any colour.

Submit RGB and face the wrath of production managers! (our section of the budget is going into chuck norris teaching us deadly roundhouse kicks!)
